Carol Ann King

Carol Ann King, age 78 of Hamilton, passed away on Tuesday, May 31, 2022. Carol was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on June 7, 1943 to the late Jack and Mary (Laseke) Hill. She graduated from Central High School in Cincinnati. She went on to work as a secretary at Proctor & Gamble before working at Fort Hamilton Hospital, where she retired after over 30 years of service. Carol and her ‘partner in crime’ Carol Hill loved traveling, from Las Vegas to Aruba and many other destinations. She was a dedicated Reds and Bengals fan. They especially enjoyed watching the Reds and socializing at The Holy Grail and Quaker Steak & Lube in Colerain. Carol will be dearly missed for her outgoing, bubbly personality. Carol will be dearly missed by her daughter, Stacie (Jeff) Spradlin; her grandchildren, Ryan Simms and Hannah Simms; her great-grandchildren, Ryan II, Seth, Ryann, and Ava; her sister, Susan (John) Lasch; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends. Carol is reunited in Heaven with her sister, Nancy Girton; her brother, Danny Hill; her grandson, Taylor Simms; her nephew, Mark Girton; her sister-in-law and best friend, Carol Hill; her former spouse and friend, Cliff King; and her canine companion, Rags. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 6, 2022 from 5:00 PM until the time of her Funeral Service at 7:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio. Memorial donations in Carol’s honor may be gifted to Animal Friends Humane Society or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital .
