Elaine "Doll" Sparkman

Elaine "Doll" Sparkman, age 75, much loved mother and grandmother, passed away at home and went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 20, 2015. Elaine was born in Hamilton, the daughter of James and Ida Mae (Terry) Risinger on April 28, 1939. On September 8, 1956 she was united in marriage to Robert Sparkman, and he preceded her on January 17, 1987.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters: Pamela (Russell) Fields and Frances (Terry) Trauthwein, with whom she made her home; her adored grandchildren: Katie Fields (Vito Zehler), her best friend Ashley (Ben) Rike, Jessica (Mark) Von Hagen, Paige (Ben Fiehrer), Christopher Williams, and David Fields. He great grandchildren who brought her so much joy: Aliya Hobbs, Sam, Lucy and Emma Kate Von Hagen, and Alexandra Fiehrer. She also leaves her much loved brother, Robert Risinger and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded by her husband, Robert Sparkman, her parents, three brothers and two sisters. We love you, "Yesterday, today, tomorrow and always" just as you loved us. The lessons you taught us will never be forgotten.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Wednesday March 25, 2015 at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
