Sherry Shipley

Sherry Shipley, age 64 of Hamilton, passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Thursday, July 14, 2022. Sherry was born in Hamilton, Ohio on February 6, 1958 to Gorrell and Betty Jane (McKee) Peters. Sherry graduate from Garfield High School class of 1976. On June 19, 2004, she married Steven Shipley. Sherry worked as an aide for Hospice of Indiana for many years and had worked at General Motors for 13 years. She was a member of Full Gospel Church of God in Lebanon, Ohio. Sherry was known for her cooking. She enjoyed camping and spending time with her grandson.

Sherry is survived by her husband of 18 years, Steven Shipley; her daughter, Becky Kincaid, of Houston, Texas; her step-daughter, Stephanie (Dale) Wilbanks and their children, of Florida; her grandsons, Damion and Xavier; her brothers, Dale (the late Birdella) Peters, of Fairfield, Larry (Gail) Peters, of Oxford, and Mike Peters, of Hamilton; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Lynda (Daryl) Briner, James (Peggy) Shipley, Ralph (Faye) Shipley, Barb (Doug) Greenman, Quinton (Deb) Shipley and John (Heather) Shipley, all of Indiana; and her many nieces and nephews. Sherry was preceded in death by her parents; and her daughter, Marti Wamsley.

Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Full Gospel Church of God, 1502 Deerfield Road, Lebanon, Ohio 45036.
