Steven D. Wright

Steven D. Wright, age 50 of Oxford, passed away on Wednesday, June 24, 2015. He was born in Oxford, Ohio on March 17, 1965 to Douglas and Kay (Wates) Wright. Steven was a prominent business owner of Wright’s Sunoco and Wright’s Towing for 26 years.

He is survived by his wife, Kimberly (Ryan) Wright; a daughter, Kaylin Wright; parents, Douglas and Kay Wright; a brother, Scott Wright; grandmother, Trudy Combs; ; mother-in-law, Linda Ryan; brothers-in-law, Rick (Angie) Ryan and Patrick (Becky) Ryan; uncles, Mike (Bea) Wright, Curt (Sandy) Wright, Greg (Danielle) Combs, and Ken (Linda) Wates; an aunt, Karen Wates; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by grandfather, John Combs; grandparents, Walter (Martha) Wates; and an aunt, Renae Mosketti; and father-in-law, Thomas Ryan.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Darrtown United Methodist Church, 4309 Walnut St., Darrtown OH 45056, on July 11, 2015 at 1PM with luncheon immediately following at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Steven Wright Memorial Account c/o 5/3 Bank, 455 McGuffey Ave., Oxford, OH 45056 for funeral and medical expenses. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the doctors, nurses, aides, and staff at Ft. Hamilton Hospital, Bridges Rehab, Fresenius Medical Care, and Elite Ambulance for their care and compassion.
