Addison Grace Hoskins passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2016. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on October 9, 2016 to Levi "Cody" Hoskins and Jada Imhoff.

She is survived by her parents, Cody Hoskins and Jada Imhoff; a brother, Levi James Hoskins; grandparents, Clarence and Debra Hoskins, Valerie Imhoff; great grandparents; Don Imhoff, Fannie Dezarn, Brenda Rinck, and Leonard and Lena House; she was preceded in death by her grandfather, Jamie Imhoff; great grandfathers, Michael Protzman, Charles Dezarn, and Henry Rinck; and a great grandmother, Vada Hall.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio, on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.
