Albert J. Smallwood

Albert J. Smallwood, age 59 of Hamilton, passed away at Bethesda Butler Hospital on Monday, October 19, 2020. Albert was born in Hamilton, Ohio on December 2, 1960 to George Smallwood and Ruth (Stephens) Smallwood.  He loved fishing, cooking, and most of all, spending time with family.

Albert is survived by his sister, Loretta Parker; his niece, Nina (William) Pound; his nephew, James Terry; his niece, Missy Smith; and nephew Bud Parker; and many cousins, other family and friends. Albert was preceded in death by his parents, George Smallwood and Ruth Smallwood; his grandparents, Elizabeth Smallwood and John Smallwood, and Green Stephens and Mary Stephens.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., on October 28, 2020 at 7:00PM with Rev. Jimmy Smith and Pastor William Pound   officiating.  Burial will take place at Greenwood Cemetery on Thursday October 29, 2020 at 10:00AM.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.  The family wishes memorial contributions be made to the funeral home in Albert's memory to assist with funeral service costs.
