Alberta Yvonne Wilhelm

Alberta Yvonne Wilhelm, age 70 of Hamilton, passed away at her home on Thursday, December 29, 2016. Alberta was born in Oxford, Ohio on August 22, 1946 to Albert Harris and Lillie (Thompson) Harris. On December 21, 1973 in Hamilton, she married David T. Wilhelm. She was employed at Butler County Lumber for many years, and also at AMVETS Post #1983. Alberta enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, lunches with friends, listening to Elvis, and working crossword puzzles.

Alberta is survived by her husband David T. Wilhelm; her children, Dale (Terry) Huffman, Gary T. (Naomi) Wilhelm, Chris D. (Emily) Wilhelm; four grandchildren, Kyle, Jack, Miya, and Olivia; two siblings, Donald Harris, and Judy McQueen; and many other family and friends. Alberta was preceded in death by her parents, Albert Harris and Lillie Harris; her brother, Calvin Harris.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio, on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Alan Weaver of Hamilton Church of God officiating. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 2, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
