Alicia A. Mills, age 89 of Hamilton, passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Monday, February 6, 2017 at 2:56AM. Alicia was born in Mexico City, Mexico on January 15, 1928 to Luis Azcarraga and Concepcion Ruiz Miranda. On Feb. 13, 1960 in East St. Louis, IL, she married Robert Mills, and he preceded her in death in 2012. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Alicia enjoyed gardening and cooking for friends and family.
Alicia is survived by her two children, Christina (Gerald) Weisenberger and Mark (Rachel) Mills; grandchildren, Anthony and Amanda Weisenberger, Emily and Pierce Mills, Emily Wheat, and Max Mills; great grandchildren, Isaac, Elliette, Adelyn, Aidan, Collin, and Gavin. Alicia was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Robert Mills.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Julie Billiart Catholic Church, 224 Dayton St., Hamilton, Ohio, on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at 10:00 AM with Fr. Michael Pucke celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Stephens Cemetery.
