Alma Miller, age 71 of Hamilton passed away at Ft. Hamilton Hospital on Sunday, October 2, 2011. She was born in Kenvir, Kentucky on August 21, 1940 the daughter of Emmitt and Rachel (Meaders) King. On July 22, 1960 she was married to Samuel Miller.
She is survived by her husband, Samuel Miller; five children, Belinda (Wendell) Tillery, Patricia (Michael) Wilkins, Timothy (Faith) Miller, Ricky Miller, and Eric Miller; seven grandchildren, David, Ashley, T.J., Jeffery, Anthony, Rachel, and Cameron; and a great-granddaughter, Lilly. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Charlotte Sherry.
Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson-Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Friday, October 7, 2011 at 12:00 noon with Pastor Terry Maynard of First Bible Church officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon.
