Alpha Hume

Alpha Hume, age 83 of Hamilton, passed away on Friday, March 21, 2014. She was born in East Bernstadt, KY on January 11, 1931 to Jay and Maud (Allen) Napier. Alpha was employed at Champion Paper Company for 23 years retiring in 1996.

She is survived by her husband Donnie Hume, of Hamilton, one son Larry (Sue) Cupp, of Hamilton; three grandchildren, Paula (Randy) Cupp-Romer, Larry Wayne (Jenny) Cupp, and Billie Fields; great grandchildren, Zack, Corey, Janzen, Gannon, Kiegan, Amber, Christopher, and Emily; one sister, Kathleen Patton of London, KY; nieces, nephews, other realitives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Kathy Cupp; one grandson Michael J. Cupp; siblings, Virgil Napier, Flossie Wyatt, and Wilma House.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Monday, March 24, 2014 at 1PM with Pastor Dale French of Eaton Road Church of God officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 24, 2014 from 11AM-1PM at the funeral home.
