Anderson Wayne Isaacs

Anderson Wayne Isaacs, age 59 of Fairfield passed away at Mercy Hospital Fairfield on Sunday, March 9, 2008 at 8:06 PM. He was born in London, Kentucky on January 1, 1949 the son of John B. and Wilberta (Evans) Isaacs. Wayne was employed as a truck driver for Roadway Express for 31 years, retiring in 2003. He was a member of Teamsters Local #100, Washington F&AM Lodge #17, Scottish Rite, and Syrian Shrine. Wayne was also a member of the Baptist faith. On December 23, 1967 in London, Kentucky he married Brenda Jo McFadden.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Isaacs of Fairfield; two sons, Joey Wayne Isaacs and Jamie Lee Isaacs of Fairfield; four grandchildren, Keith Isaacs, Justin Isaacs, Nicholas Isaacs, and Britney Becker; two brothers, Harry Edward (Nelda) Isaacs and John Bernard (Sue Ann) Isaacs Jr., both of London, Kentucky; mother-in-law, Ruby McFadden of London, Kentucky; a close friends, Neil and Edith Weber of Wilmington, Ohio; numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends and neighbors. He was preceded in death by his parents and his father-in-law, Harry McFadden.

Visitation will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Wednesday, March 12, 2008 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM with Masonic services held by Washington Lodge #17. Funeral service will be held at Bowling Funeral Home, London, Kentucky on Friday at 2:00 PM with Revs. Dennis Fields and Dennis Coffey officiating. Visitation will be held at Bowling Funeral Home on Thursday after 6:00 PM. Burial will be in A.R. Dyke Cemetery, London, Kentucky. The family extends a heartfelt thank you to the third floor staff of Mercy Hospital for their care and concern.
