Andrea Dorsa-Hangbers

Andrea Dorsa-Hangbers, age 52 of Hamilton passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Saturday, August 18, 2012 at 7:30 PM. She was born in Hamilton on October 5, 1959 the daughter of R. Andrew and Betty Faye (Albright) Jameson. Andrea was a veteran of the U.S. Army. She was a life member of Ladies Auxiliary, VFW Chuck Cain Post #7670, where she was active in the color guard. Andrea was also an avid pool player and competed in many area tournaments. On May 30, 1986 in Hamilton she married Charles "Chuck" Hangbers.

She is survived by her husband, Chuck Hangbers of Hamilton; four children, Kimberly L. Jones of Hamilton, Danny Elam of Trenton, John (Sarah) Dorsa of Hamilton, and Tony (Cara) Hangbers of Middletown; two brothers, Corliss (Barbara) Jameson of Germany and William (Tina) Jameson of Middletown; and a number of grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father R. Andrew Jameson; her mother, Betty Faye Jameson-Hubbard; and a brother, Charles Jameson.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson-Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Thursday August 23, 2012 at 11AM with Re. Jim Mullins Jr. of Calvary Christian Center officiating. Burial will follow in Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 10AM-11AM.
