Andrew "Andy" Richmond

Andrew “Andy” Richmond, age 96 of Hamilton, passed away at Bethesda North Hospital on Wednesday, May 22, 2024. He was born in Williamsburg, Kentucky on July 20, 1927 the son of Andy and Martha Ann (Prewitt) Richmond. Andy was employed as an accountant for Diebold Safe Company for forty-five years, retiring in 1992. He was an Elder at Community Christian Church. On September 5, 1957, in Hamilton he married Linda Moore.

Andy is survived by his wife, Linda Richmond; three children, Jenny Davis, Trevor (Carol) Richmond, and Melodie Naber; ten grandchildren, Ashley Cope, Timothy (Heather Mandrell) Richmond, Bryan (Claudia) Richmond, Scott (Lucy) Richmond, Kelly Richmond, Andrea “Richelle” Naber, Becky (Marty) Wilp, Brynn Hoffman, Diane Hoffman, and Debbie (Mike) Wade; five great-grandchildren, Emily Wright, Tyler and Katelyn Stephenson, Harper Wade, and Ellianna Richmond; two siblings, Raymond Earl (Elwanda) Richmond and Jack (Betty) Richmond; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.  He was preceded in death by parents and seven siblings, James, Leoin, Simon Pete, Floyd, and Bill Richmond, Juanita Copley, and Agnes Bryant.

Funeral service will be held at Community Christian Church, 3401 Millikin Rd., Hamilton, Ohio, on Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Scott Swelbar officiating.  Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park.  Visitation will be held on Thursday from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the church.
