Obituary for Angela K. Smith

Angela K. Smith, age 55 of Hamilton, passed away at Bethesda Butler Hospital on Sunday, February 24, 2019. Angela was born in Hamilton, Ohio on October 11, 1963 to the late Reuben and Thelma (Cultice) Merriman. She loved spending her time with her husband of 36 years and their family in the outdoors; camping, fishing, visiting various antique shops and flea markets. She also enjoyed her time working outdoors at the YMCA Camp Campbell Gard where she made many memories with her loving coworkers.

Angela is survived by her devoted husband, Gene Smith; daughter Misty (Jason) Moore and their sons Hunter, Cody, and Chase; son Josh Smith and his son Carter; parents in law Gene and Phyllis Smith; brothers Reuben and Everett Merriman; and sister Gloria Nelson.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Tim Mullins officiating. Burial will follow at Hickory Flat Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 28, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.
