Ann Roberts

Ann Roberts, age 69 of Hamilton went home to be the Lord on Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at 7:55 PM from Ft. Hamilton Hospital. She was born in Oneida, Kentucky on August 30, 1939 the daughter of Golden and Louella (Stidhams) Roberts. Ann was a charter member of the Eagles Lodge 3986 Auxiliary and a member of the Amvets Post 1983 Auxiliary. On July 7, 1999 in Hamilton she married Charles Roberts.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Roberts of Hamilton; three children, Cindy (Spike) Thomin, Dina Reyna, and Kevin Rose, all of Hamilton; five stepchildren, Wayne Roberts of California, Dawn Moore of Las Vegas, Nevada, Verna (Dominic) Gallegos of Reno, Nevada, Brad (Jennifer) Roberts of West Virginia, and Debbie Brown of St. Louis, Missouri; three brothers, Willard (Wanda) Roberts of Hamilton, Tooter (Bonnie) Roberts of Hamilton, and Ace (Tina) Roberts of Memphis, Tennessee; five grandchildren, Tina, Billy, and Ashley Thomin of Hamilton, and Ashley and Samantha Rose of Texas; one great-granddaughter, Alyssa; and a number of step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Stan Roberts; and one sister, Lois Ratliff.

Funeral service will be held at Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Saturday, May 23, 2009 at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held Friday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
