Anna Mae Edwards, age 84 of Hamilton, passed away at Golden Years Nursing Home on Saturday, February 23, 2019. Anna Mae was born in Tyner, Kentucky on September 3, 1934 to Lester and Elizabeth (Malicote) Evans. She was devoted to God and her family.
Anna Mae is survived by her children, Elmer (Prissy) Edwards Jr., Shirley (Ronnie) Davis, Diane (the late Steve) Kniceley, Cathy Edwards, Robin (James) Shope; her grandchildren, Sandy McIntyre, Wendy (Chris) Eldridge, Robbie Crowthers, Shawna Campbell, Sharon (Bo) Shope, Steven (Tara) Kniceley, Tanya (the late Tommy) Wyatt, Ashley Durko, Andrew (fiancée Sam) Durko, Anthony (Stacia) Edwards, Benjamine Shope, Nicholas (Brittani) Shope, Jamie (Willy) Sarver, 22 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren; and numerous other family members and friends. Anna Mae was preceded in death by her sisters, Imogene and Marie Evans; and her parents.
Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Tim Mullins officiating. Burial will follow at Hickory Flat Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.
