Anna Mae Theiss

Anna Mae Theiss, age 69 of Hamilton passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at 5:45 AM. She was born in Barbourville, Kentucky on November 14, 1938 the daughter of Charlie and Opal (Hammonds) Smith. Anna was a member of Princeton Pike Church of God. On August 25, 1956 in Richmond, Indiana she married Vernon Theiss.

She is survived by her husband, Vernon Theiss of Hamilton; two children, Cathy (Wayne) Robbins of Monroe and Randy Theiss of Hamilton; seven grandchildren, Matthew (Stephanie) Theiss, Daniel Theiss, David Theiss, Michael Theiss, Hannah Robbins, Jacob Theiss, and Rachel Robbins; great-granddaughter, Morgan Theiss; a brother, Charles Happy (Vicky) Smith of Hamilton; a sister, Connie (Ralph) Hamilton of Corbin, Kentucky; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Friday, September 5, 2008 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Ron Medley and Rev. Ann Tucker officiating. Entombment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
