Anne E. Anderson, R.N.

Anne E. Anderson, R.N., age 62 of Hamilton, passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Thursday, May 15, 2025. Anne was born in Evansville, Indiana on September 17, 1962 to the late Robert E. & Mary E. (Jones) O'Neill. Anne was a proud graduate of Garfield High School, class of 1980 and went on to graduate from Miami University School of Nursing. Anne served her community at Ft. Hamilton Hospital for over 25 years. Later in her career, Anne was a home health nurse and substitute school nurse for Fairfield Schools. After retiring from nursing, Anne began a second career as a paranormal investigator with Ghost Hunts USA. Her investigations took her all over the country, from the infamous Lizzie Borden House to the cell blocks of West Virginia State Penitentiary, the Conjuring House of Rhode Island, and many more. Anne was also a gifted psychic medium, and combined with her education as a nurse, brought comfort to many people and their loved ones. Anne is survived by her husband, Mark Anderson; her daughter, Elizabeth (August) Kolb; her grand-daughter, Everly; her siblings, Lisa Koger, Nancy Long and Bill Dilworth; her sister-in-law, Darlene Fuerst; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members and dear friends. Anne was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters-in-law, Teresa Anderson and Lois Weaver; and her brother-in-law, Milton Koger, II. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave., Hamilton, OH 45013. Funeral Services will be held the next day, Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave., Hamilton, OH 45013 with Rev. Brenda Gray officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital .
