Anthony "Tony" Maxwell

Anthony “Tony” Maxwell , age 75 of Seven Mile, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, He was born in Middletown, Ohio on December 16, 1947 the son of Mark E. and Treva (Miller) Maxwell. Tony was a veteran of Vietnam with the United States Navy from 1966 to 1970. He was employed at Square D for twenty-seven years, retiring in 2007 and then was employed as an LPN at Fort Hamilton Hospital and Woodland Country Manor for a number of years. Tony was a lifelong member of the Seven Mile United Methodist Church and a founding member of the Southwestern Ohio Bass Busters.

Tony is survived by his wife of fifty-two years, Becky Maxwell; two children, Missy Brunner and Mark (Eden) Maxwell; six grandchildren, Danielle, Lydia, Robert, and Raeann Brunner, and Morgan and Hayden Maxwell; his mother-in-law, Mary Lou Harter; and numerous cousins and fishing buddies.  He was also survived by his brother, Sam Maxwell who passed with in twenty-four hours of Tony.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

Due to the point that Tony decided to donate his body to science a memorial service will be held at Seven Mile United Methodist Church, 311 Church Street, Seven Mile, Ohio, on Thursday, June  1, 2023 at 5:00 PM with Pastors Chris and Maggie Trumbull officiating.  There will be a dinner served at the church following the service. A memorial gathering will be held from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the church.
