Arlene J. Thomas

Arlene J. Thomas, age 79 of Hamilton, passed away at Garden Manor Extended Care on Monday, September 25, 2017. Arlene was born in Hamilton, Ohio on November 2, 1937 to June Marcum and Georgia Young Marcum. She married Jack Thomas January 31, 1953 in Liberty, Indiana. Arlene worked at the Hamilton City Schools for over 30 years.

Arlene is survived by sons, Garry (Sherry), Randal (Constance), Donald (Kristi) and Ronald (Kimberly) Thomas; siblings, Lois (Bill) Phillips, Betty (Kenny) Dulli, Rosie (Neil) Burtis and John (Stacey) Marcum; 13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Arlene was preceded in death by her parents, June and Georgia Marcum; husband, Jack Thomas; sister, Margie Braun

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2017 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio. Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 12:00 PM with Pastor Jack Young officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave, Dayton, OH 45420. Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home is serving the family.
