Arnold Dwayne Trent

Arnold Dwayne Trent, age 60, of Hamilton, went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 20, 2007 at 2:00 AM. A loving husband, brother, and uncle. He was born in Georgetown Kentucky on September 22, 1946 the son of Arnold Trent Sr. and Elizabeth (Gray) Trent. Wayne loved all artifacts of the Indians, enjoyed fishing and cooking. He also loved gardening in the spring and watching everything grow. Wayne moved to Hamilton, Ohio in 1952 and attended the Hamilton Public schools. He was a member of the Redeemer Baptist Church in Williamsdale. On April 4, 1980 he married Barbara Howard, they enjoyed twenty seven years together.

Wayne is survived by his wife, Barbara Trent; his sister, Hilda (Trent) Pierson and her husband Bob; his three nieces, Teresa, Beth, and Kindra; his two nephews, Jeff and Robbie; nine great-nieces and one great-nephew; seven aunts which he dearly loved, Minnie, Mary, Martha, Barbara, Jenny, Josie, and Emma; many cousins; four sisters-in-law, three brothers-in-law; and very many more loved ones and friends. Wayne will surely be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Wyatt; and grandparents, Lydia and Garett Gray.

Funeral services will be held at Redeemer Baptist Church, 3751 Trenton Rd, Williamsdale, on Monday, April 23rd at 1:00 PM with Rev. Richard Coldiron and Bro. James Tabor officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Monday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The family extends a heartfelt thank you to the staff of Hospice of Cincinnati for all their care and support.
