Audrey D. Chaney

Audrey D Chaney, age 84 of Hamilton, passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2016. She was born in Irvine, Kentucky on December 27, 1931 to Willie and Rebecca (Crouse) Cox. On June 7th 1952 she married Robert E. Chaney, who preceded her in death in 2003. Audrey retired from Ruoff’s Neighborhood Market in 1982.

She is survived by her daughters, Brenda Corner, and Teresa (Chris Allen) Spurlock; grandchildren, James Spurlock, Ryan Larison, Gena Larison, Kayla (Ryan) Trimmer, Kendal Corner; great grandchildren, Britanie Spurlock, Taylor (Brooke) Snader, Keegan Prall, Finley Prall; sisters, Elizabeth Hounshell, and Barbara Arvin. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Marcia Larison; her husband, Robert E. Chaney; 4 brothers; 4 sisters; and her parents.

Cremation was held. Private inurnment will be held at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in her honor.
