Audrey F. Minyard

Audrey F. Minyard, age 82 of Hamilton, passed away on Monday, January 29, 2024. Audrey was born in Prestonsburg, Kentucky on August 30, 1941 to Raymond Cooley and Sara (Adkins) Cooley. She was a member of the Laurel Avenue Church of Christ for over 60 years and loved her church friends. Audrey enjoyed playing games with family and watching funny movies. She loved to travel with her husband Ben and their special friends, John and Nola. Audrey loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Audrey is survived by her children, Mary (Darren) Edwards, Doug Minyard and Carolyn (Raymond) Kinsey; grandchildren, Tera Minyard, Abigail (Mike) Nartker, Madeline (Sean) Drake, Cassady (Christopher) Reed, Cameron Edwards, Cody Edwards and Hailey (Kyle) Edwards-Lambert; several great-grandchildren; brother, Dean Cooley; and some very special bonus family members. Audrey was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 56 years, Benjamin Minyard; great-granddaughter, Dafne; and siblings, Deloris Stephens, Ernest Cooley, Ethel Meyers, Harold Cooley, Jackie Cooley, James Cooley, Janet Vjada, Kenneth Cooley, George Cooley and Mary Garrison.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio, on Saturday, February  3, 2024 at 12:00 PM with Charles Anderson officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February  3, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.  Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Hamilton on Eaton Avenue. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at hospice for their love, compassion and support during this difficult time.
