Barbara "Merle" Bedilion

Barbara "Merle" Bedilion, age 66 of Cincinnati passed away at Jewish Hospital on Thursday, December 11, 2008 at 9:45 PM. She was born in Fort Meyers, Florida on March 21, 1942 the daughter of Emerson and Carolyn (Holt) Snider. Barbara enjoyed being employed in the field of social work for many years, working with foster children. She was an avid reader, loving mother, grandmother and sister, who enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is survived by a son, Dr. Mark Kovach and his wife Dr. Rafat Padaria of Moline, Illinois; three daughters, Catherine and her husband Dr. Robert Woskobnick of Powell, Ohio, Lisa and her husband Meade Freeman of Hagerstown, Maryland, and Melissa and her husband Craig McCracken of Hamilton; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a brother, Gary Snider of Fort Meyers, Florida; two sisters, Barbara Bailey of Atlanta, Georgia, and Debbie Siebert of Fort Meyers, Florida; and her beloved puppies, Toby and Ozzie. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will follow in Millville Cemetery.
