Barbara A. Dufeck, age 65 of Fairfield, passed away at Hospice of Cincinnati in Blue Ash on Wednesday, July 10, 2019. She was born in Covington, Kentucky on November 5, 1953 the daughter of Harry and Dorothy (Owen) Thornton. In 2003 in Covington, Kentucky she married Ben Dufeck. Barbara retired as a manager for Hoxworth Blood Center.
She is survived by her husband, Ben Dufeck; one daughter, Robyn (Thomas) Samuels; stepdaughter, Jenna Monoski; three grandchildren, Stanley "Will" Mosley, Dru Mosley, and Joshua Samuels; four great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Harry Thornton; mother, Dorothy Traylor; and sister, Burnette Marshall.
Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at 4:00 PM. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the funeral home.
