Barbara Ann Green

Barbara Ann Green, age 72 of Hamilton passed away in Ft. Hamilton Hospital on Thursday, May 1, 2008 at 9:40 AM. She was born in Hamilton on September 30, 1935 the daughter of Herbert and Irma (Best) Stroud. Barbara was employed at Lakeman Incorporated for thirty years, retiring in 1993.

She is survived by two sons, William (Donna) Green of Hamilton and Robert Green of New Smyrna Beach, Florida; one daughter, Candance (Casey) Brooks of Shingle Springs, California; one brother, Herbert Stroud of Lebanon, Ohio; one sister, Karen Evans of Hamilton; three grandchildren, Joe Green, Danyelle Green, and Lindsay Wilkins; and four great-grandchildren, Tryston, Brenden, Logan, and Orlando. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral service will be held in the chapel at Greenwood Cemetery on Monday, May 5, 2008 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Larry Davis, Pastor of the Hamilton Assembly of God officiating. Burial will follow. Visitation will be held in the chapel on Monday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
