Barbara Kay Hensley

Barbara Kay Hensley , age 76 of Hamilton, passed away at Golden Years Nursing Home on Wednesday, November 22, 2023. Barbara was born in Hamilton, Ohio on August 17, 1947, to Omer Lewis and Ada (Martin) Lewis. Barbara was a wonderful homemaker, wife, and mother.  She also loved going to the casino and playing the slots; enjoyed going to the thrift stores with her sister; and most of all, enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Barbara is survived by Timothy Hensley, Lavonne Brandenburg, and Raleigh (Leann) Hensley Jr., her grandchildren, and many great grandchildren; one sister, Linda Lee; and one brother Bobby Lewis. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Omer Lewis and Ada Lewis; her husband, Raleigh S. Hensley; one sister, Kathleen Gross.

Graveside service will be held at Darrtown Cemetery, Shollenbarger Road, Darrtown, Ohio, on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 12:00 PM with Steven Perry officiating.
