Barbara Mckewen

Barbara  McKewen, age 80 of Cincinnati, passed away at Pine Ridge Nursing Home on Sunday, June 11, 2023. Barbara was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on July 24, 1942 to Louis Schrantz and Thelma (Daley) Schrantz.

Barbara is survived by her son, Donald (Cheryl) McKewen; her grandchildren, Megan, Kari, Bryan, and Ben; niece Nancy Schrantz; and sisters, Lois Schrantz, Janet (Carl) Broman, and Donna Hadley.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Thelma and Louis Thelma Schrantz; her husband, Jack C. McKewen; and her son, Michael (Kathie Wernke) McKewen.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 16, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, Pershing.  Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Friday, June 16, 2023 at 11:00 AM.  Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery.
