Barbara A. Winter

Barbara A. Winter, age 82 of Hamilton, passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Monday, March 4,2019. She was born in Hamilton on June 14, 1936 the daughter of Roy W. and Marian (Rosencrans) Eiler. Barbara was a member of the Seven Mile Baptist Church and she knew, loved, and served theLord. Barbara loved her family and church family and her hobbies included fishing and camping.

She is survived by her son, John F. (Kim) Winter; five grandchildren, Chad Winter, Heather Lockaby, Whitney Lockaby-Meachum, Chris Grimes, and Sarah Laboitoux; five great grandchildren; her devoted friend, Elvin Mountjoy; her sisters, Ida Mae Lemmons and Phoebe Bolser; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends; and her caregivers and staff at Woodland Country Manor. She is preceded in death by her husband, John L Winter; son, Carl L. Winter; her parents; and sister, Lucille Giffen.

Funeral service will be held at Seven Mile Baptist Church, 4021 Hamilton-Eaton Road, Seven Mile, 45062, on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Everett Back officiating. Burial will follow at Somerville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the church.
