Becky L. Shepard

Becky Lynn Shepard, age 71, left her quiet Middletown home on Friday, January 6th, at 3:18 PM, hearing the call to bring her worship directly into the throne room of God. Once again, she lifted that beautiful voice and sang to her Father, with passion and gratitude..."Lord, You've been so faithful...You broke the shackles and you set me free."  Becky was born on July 15, 1951, to Royce and Edith Bolton Shepard. Becky was a vital part of the music ministry of Calvary Church for over 30 years. Her passionate love for God and her many powerful solos had great impact on many lives. Becky is survived by her mother, Edith Bolton; son, Brian Richter; daughters, Jamie (Art) Hung, Lindsey (William) Scholl; grandchildren, Brody, Maxwell, Kadi, Brother, Joel (Kathy) Shepard; and nieces, Katy (John) DeNicola, and Shelby Shepard. Becky was preceded in death by her father Royce Shepard. Funeral service will be held at Calvary Church, 2355 Jacksonburg Road, Hamilton, Ohio, on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at 7:00 PM with Pastors Jim and Diane Mullins officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Calvary Church. Family and friends are welcome to meet at the church on Wednesday, January 11th at 10:00 AM to process to Hickory Flat Cemetery for a 10:30 AM committal service.
