Ben Young

Ben Young Jr., age 86 of Hamilton, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2024. Ben was born in Hamilton, Ohio on April 29, 1938 to Ben Young Sr. and Anna (Evans) Young.  He enjoyed camping, was a dedicated Red’s baseball fan, and was a member of the Good Sam Camping Club. Ben loved spending time with his grandchildren, dogs, and was a devoted husband and father for many years.

Ben is survived by his children, Vickie Clinger and Michael Young; grandchildren, Brent (Heizel) Kolibob, Sarah (Shawn) Turco, Billy Young and Emily Young; great-grandchildren, Jesse, Kara, Kash, Abel, Annaleayah, Penelope and Eli; siblings, Dorothy (Jim) Bryant, Russell (Jean) Young, Arlene (Doug) Brickey and Delbert (JoAnne) Young; special neighbors, Christine, Kevin and Zeke; and numerous other relatives and friends. Ben was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 63 years, Sarah Young; son, Steven Young; son in law, Joseph Clinger and 8 siblings.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Friday, November 22, 2024 at 12:00 PM with Rev. Mark Jackson officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Blue Ash.
