Bentley Haze Clark

June 6, 1948 — May 14, 2007

Bentley Haze Clark, age 58 of Hamilton, left planet earth in Arkansas on Monday, May 14, 2007. He was born in Rockcastle County, Kentucky on June 6, 1948. Bentley served two tours in Vietnam, one with the United States Army and one with United States Marine Corps. He was awarded various medals and badges for his courageous efforts in the war. Bentley was a loving man who worked hard at having fun which he did until he departed. He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him.

He is survived by seven siblings, Judy Clark and Peggy (Robert) Meadows, both of Hamilton, Vicki (Charles) McNew of Kentucky, Gary Clark, Larry Clark, Mary Koehler and Jimmy Greenfield, all of Arkansas; and numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Clark; mother, Ruth Greenfield; niece, Summer Fry; and nephew, Billy Ray Canull.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at 12 Noon with Rev. David Banta of Cornerstone Apostolic Church officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at the funeral home.
