Bernice Ann (Gabbard) Cope

Bernice Ann Cope, age 80, of Hamilton, Ohio, passed away at Woodridge Healthcare on Monday, November 16, 2020. Bernice was born in Hamilton, Ohio on June 1, 1940 to Roy William Gabbard and Minne Jane (Wyatt) Gabbard.

Bernice was a lifetime member of the Princeton Pike Church of God.  She loved singing and was a friend to all.  A special thank you to the kind people who cared for her near the end of her life.  A special and loving thank-you to Heartland Hospice.

Bernice is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, James D. and Carol Gabbard; a sister-in-law, Dorothy M. Gabbard; nieces, Karen (Roger L.) Millikin, Carrie (Jason) Gabbard-Miller; nephews, David (Maureen) and James (Yanny) Gabbard; great nieces and nephew, Kyle Millikin, Oyuna, Allison and Mingus Gabbard.  Bernice was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Cope; her parents; brother, LeRoy Gabbard; sister, Ruby Gabbard.

Graveside service will be held in the chapel of Rose Hill Burial Park, 2421 Princeton Road, Hamilton, Ohio, on Monday, November 23, 2020 at 10:30 AM with Rev. Rick Witt officiating.
