Bernice Kolb

Bernice Kolb, age 86 of Hamilton passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 8:45 PM. She was born in Menefee County, Kentucky on August 14, 1925 the daughter of Paul and Etta (Staggs) Wagers. Bernice was a member of McGonigle-Millville United Methodist Church. On October 24, 1949 in Hamilton she married Ralph H. Kolb, and he preceded her in death in 2010.

She is survived by four sons, Thomas (Barbara) Wahl of Hamilton, Ronald (Donna) Kolb of Oxford, Don (Joan) Kolb of Hamilton, and Robert (Susan) Kolb of Rocklin, California; six grandchildren, Chris, Josh, Jason, Erin, Spencer, and Braden; twelve great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, David Kolb; and two sisters, Josephine Reed and Barbara Jane Jarvis.

Visitation will be 10am until time of service (11am), Saturday, February 25, 2012, at the Brown-Dawson-Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, with Rev. Edwin Beck, Pastor of McGonigle-Millville United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will follow in Millville Cemetery.
