Bertha Murray, age 88 of Hamilton, passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Sunday, February 7, 2016 at 12:40 PM. She was born in Manchester, Kentucky on March 2, 1927.
She is survived by six children, Bill (Teresa) Murray, Benny Murray, Ronnie (Cornelia) Murray, Bobby (Linda) Murray, Linda (Larry) Marcum, and Candy (Keith) Abbott; and numerous grandchildren and great and great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Brownie Murray; parents; two children, Loretta Hayre and JB (Nancy) Murray; and her grandson, Danny Land.
Visitation will be held at the Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Friday, February 12, 2016 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 12:00 noon. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Hospice of Hamilton for all their care and support.
