Bessie Sizemore

Bessie Sizemore, age 81 of Hamilton, passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Wednesday, June 21, 2017. Bessie was born in Manchester, Kentucky on September 20, 1935 to Chester and Mae (Smallwood) Hensley. On November 22, 1952 she married Sherman Sizemore.

Bessie is survived by her children, Cliff Sizemore, Gina McDougall, Kathy Sizemore, Marvin (Kathy) Sizemore, and Herman Sizemore; her grandson, Christopher Wombles; and 8 other grandchildren; and her great grandchildren; her siblings, Ron Hensley, Don Hensley, Allene (Jim) Sizemore, and Marie Davenport; and many other loving family members and friends. Bessie was preceded in death by her husband, Sherman Sizemore in March of 1990; her parents; and her siblings, McKinley, Bige, Alfred, Earl, Paul, Roy, Raleigh Hensley, Edna Gardstein, and Bonnie Breedwell.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Monday, June 26, 2017 at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 26, 2017 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.
