Betty L. Bryant

Betty L. Bryant, age 85 of Hamilton, passed away at Hospice of Southwest Ohio on Thursday, July 12, 2018. Betty was born in Kirby, West Virginia on December 2, 1932 to Frederick and Lucy (Heare) Lupton. She was an avid member of St. Clair Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time with her family.

Betty is survived by her children, Larry (Cathy) Sherbs and Deborah Lynn Sherbs; her grandchildren, Erica Barreiro-Rapp, Jeremy (Chrissy Logsdon) Sherbs, Jessica Sherbs, Mark Sherbs; her great grandchildren, Aryanna, Fiona, Mason, Carson, Ivy, Vaughn, Anna, Peyton, Thalia, and Nicole; her siblings, Maxine Haynes and Wayne Lupton. Betty was preceded in death by her husband Willard Sherbs; her brother, William Lupton; her sisters, Mary Pracht, Violet Smith and her parents.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home 1350 Millville Ave., Hamilton, Ohio. Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at 1:00 PM with Pastor James Cecere of St. Clair Ave. Baptist Church officiating. Burial will take place at Shinnston Memorial Cemetery in WV on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at 2:00 PM. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
