Betty J. Hibbard

Betty J. Hibbard, age 88 of Hamilton, passed away at Ft. Hamilton Hospital on Wednesday, January 8, 2025. She was born in Webbs Crossroads, Kentucky on December 5, 1936 the daughter of Estil and Emma Lois (Skaggs) Hoskins. Betty was employed in the dietary department at Butler County Care Facility.

Betty is survived by four children, Charles A. (Becky) May Jr., William Glenn (Michelle) May, Kenneth Lynn May, and Emma Rose May; two sisters, Alene (Keith) McGuire and Annis Faye Halcomb; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; special friends, Cindy Morris and Diane May; and numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Charles A. May Sr. in 1963, second husband, Beve “Buck” Hibbard Jr. in 2004; daughter-in-law, Rowena May; four siblings, John Hoskins and Estil Hoskins Jr., Melissa Pearl Robertson, and Bernice Hoskins; and special friend, Beverly Tipton.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Monday, January 13, 2025 at 7:00 PM with Bishop Harold Andrews officiating.  Visitation will be held on Monday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
