Betty Carol Scott

Betty Carol Scott, age 86, of Hamilton, Ohio passed away on March 20th, 2019 at The Woodlands of Hamilton. Betty was born September 23, 1932 in Louisville, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Jesse and Margaret Lee. Betty was married to the late Dean Scott for 55 years. Betty grew up serving at the Beechmont United Methodist Church in Louisville, KY and later joined Latonia Christian Church, serving many years there. Betty loved music and played piano and the accordion. She loved going to concerts, traveling, attending Reds and Bengals games, and reading books.

Surviving are five daughters, Donna (Fred) Nickens of DuQuoin, IL, Debbie Gibbens of Cleveland, TN, Denise (the late Ben) Proffit of Hamilton, OH, Diane (the late Jim) Wilson of Cincinnati and Sandy (Marc) Burden of Hamilton, OH; twelve grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue Hamilton, Ohio.
