Bill Grubbs

Bill Grubbs, age 64 of Hamilton, passed away at his home on Tuesday, July 27, 2021. Bill was born in Hazard, Kentucky on March 8, 1957 to William and Eve Grubbs. On June 2, 1982 he married Anetta Payne. He worked at Dashers for many years. Bill enjoyed playing baseball, watching the Reds, Bengals and Wildcats and above all, spending time with his grandchildren.

Bill is survived by his son, Michael Jeffery Grubbs; his step-daughters, Amy (Ashley) Smithson and Tiffany (George) Robertson; his grandchildren, Madison Robertson, George Robertson, Jacob Stamper, Gracie Stamper and Morgan Smithson; his brother and sister in-laws, Tonya, Jimmy, Aaron, Darren and Louise; as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family members. Bill was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 40 years, Anetta Grubbs; his brother, David Grubbs; his brother in-laws, Joe and Kenny Payne.

Visitation will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Monday, August  2, 2021 from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Memorial Service will be held on Monday, August  2, 2021 at 6:00 PM at the funeral home.
