Billie W. Lanham

Billie W. Lanham, age 79 of Fairfield, passed away in Naples, Florida on Friday, April 1, 2011. He was born in London, Kentucky the son of Ballard and Mary (Oakley) Lanham. He retired from the Sharonville Ford Motor Plant in 1988. He was an honorary Kentucky Colonel and lifetime member of Hamilton Christian Center. He attended Real Life Church in Cincinnati and New Home Ministries of Naples, Florida.

He is survived by his wife Barbara (McQueen) Lanham; they recently celebrated their 57th anniversary. He is also survived by his daughters, Brenda (David) Trickey, Lori Beth (Daniel) Derenski, Lisa (Allen Wade) Herald and son, Loren Lanham and loving Papaw to ten grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother, James Lanham and a sister, Clarice Pennington and preceded in death by brothers, Ronnie, Ralph and sisters Mildred and Sonya.

Funeral services will be Friday, April 8th at 11 AM at the Hamilton Christian Center, 1940 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio. Visitation will be Thursday, April 7, 2011 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the church. Burial will follow in Brookville, Indiana at the Maple Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Cincinnati Real Life Church, 11460 Sebring Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio 45240.
