Bonalee Winkler

Bonalee Winkler, age 81 of Hamilton, passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Saturday, September 21, 2013. She was born in Hamilton on April 18, 1932 to Victor and Elizabeth (Norris) Siraby. Bonnie married Harold Winkler November 4, 1950 in Hamilton. She was employed at Fort Hamilton Hospital for 24 years, retiring in 1994. Bonnie enjoyed taking care of her flower garden and feeding the deer in her back yard. She was a caring person to all her family, friends and neighbors.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Harold Winkler; son,Dale (Linda) Winkler; sister, Jacqueline (Jim) Delker; granddaughters, Stacy Winkler, Emily (Tommy Brown) Winkler, and Melanie (John) Love; great-grandchildren, Aivry, Korren, Douglas, Malik, Dalyn, Bella, Charlotte and Violet; sister-in-law, Helen Lambers; brother-in-law, Oral Winkler; numerous nieces and nephews; and many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be 11am until time of service (12noon), Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, with Pastor Dave Williams of Hamilton West Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Hamilton, 1010 Eaton Ave Hamilton 45013.
