Bonnie Faye Amis

Bonnie Faye Amis, age 84 of Hamilton, passed away at home surrounded by her beloved friends on Saturday, October 15, 2022. Bonnie was born in Owsley County, Kentucky on July 30, 1938 to the late Roy and Bertie (Roberts) Bowling. Bonnie loved working in the yard planting flowers and going to church with her friends and family.

Bonnie is survived by her nieces, Vonda, Diana, Vicki, Peggy, Donna, and Debbie; one nephew, Kenny Marshall; a devoted caregiver and friend, Sharon(Granville) Saylor; and her sister-in- law, Geraldine Bowling.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband, Hershall Amis; sisters, Gladys Jones and Shirley Marshall; brother, Wilburn Bowling.

Visitation will be held on be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio, Monday, October 24, 2022, at 10:00 AM. Funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM with Granville Saylor, officiating.  Burial will follow at Dale Cemetery in Connersville, Indiana. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Hamilton. The family would like to give a special thank you to Hospice of Hamilton for the care they gave to Bonnie during her time of need.
