Brack "Junior" Spencer, age 71 of Williamsdale passed away at Parkside Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Tuesday, March 11, 2008 at 1:25 PM. He was born in Hamilton on June 7, 1936 the son of Brack Sr. and Opal Marie (Brineger) Spencer. He was employed as a machine operator in the paint department of Hamilton Diecast, retiring in 2001. Junior was a member of VFW Post #7670. On March 31, 1970 in Hamilton he married Betty J. Dean, and she preceded him in death on June 12, 2001.
He is survived by two daughters, Vickie (Charles) Tribby of Hamilton and Christina (Jamie Shutt) Adams of Camden; eight grandchildren, David, Christopher, Opal, Rodney, Michael, Kathryn, Katie, and Kaleb; nine great-grandchildren; and a brother, Ronald Eugene Spencer of Hamilton. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Friday, March 14 at 12:00 noon with Rev. Jacob Flannery officiating. Burial will follow in Hickory Flat Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 noon.
