Brenda S. Johnson

Brenda S. Johnson, age 66 of Hamilton, passed away at Mercy Hospital on Monday, December 12, 2016. Brenda was born in Irvine, Kentucky on March 17, 1950 to Earl Clayton Murphy Sr. and Rosie (Hall) Murphy. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, and also gardening.

Brenda is survived by her children, Earl (Ruth) Burns, James (Ruth) Bustle, Jeff (Penny) Burns, Tracie Burns, Karen (Darren) Gravitt, and Sharon Smith; her grandchildren,Travis, Tracie, Zach, Ashlyn, Skylar, Scarlet, Angie, Emily Jo, Brody, Kaylin, Meagan; her great grandchildren, Aidan and Miranda; two sisters, Rhonda (Karl) Bond and Shirley (Lawerence) Bustle. Brenda was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Johnson; her parents, Earl Clayton Murphy Sr., Rosie Murphy; her brother, Earl Clayton Murphy Jr., and her sister Peggy Murphy.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Friday, December 16, 2016 at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 16, 2016 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home. Condolences may be made at www.browndawsonflick.com
