Carl S. Edmonds, age 79 of Hamilton, passed away at University Hospital Cincinnati on Sunday, September 1, 2013. He was born in Nauvoo, Alabama on April 22, 1934 to Leon and Nellie (Davis) Edmonds. Carl was a member of Princeton Pike Church of God. He was the owner/operator of Edmonds Market and Perry’s Fabric and Upholstery.
He is survived by his wife, Ruby Edmonds; children, Scott (Diane) Edmonds and Vanessa (Jay) Mosley; grandchildren, Ashton (Jimmy) Petrie, Morgan Nicely, McKenna Nicely, Jayci Mosley, Alexis Mosley, Bailey Mosley, Samantha Edmonds and Logan Edmonds; great-grandchildren, Corbin and Cayden Petrie; brother, Jim (Brenda) Edmonds, and a host of family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Elston Edmonds.
Visitation will be 11am until time of service (1pm), Thursday, September 5, 2013, at Princeton Pike Church of God, 6101 Princeton Glendale Road, Hamilton, with Pastor Barry Clardy officiating. Burial will follow in Butler County Memorial Park.
