Carlene Louise Lawson

Carlene Louise Lawson, age 62 of Hamilton, passed away at Mercy Hospital Fairfield on Sunday, June 14, 2020. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on July 9, 1957 the daughter of Carl and Imogene (Dunaway) Schultheiss. On April 12, 1980 in Hamilton she married Dale Lawson.

She is survived by her adoring husband, Dale Lawson; three loyal sons, Jeramie (Tami) Lawson, Justin (Joetta) Lawson, and Tyler (Brandy) Lawson; her loving mother and stepfather, Imogene and Troy Sullivan; four loving and supportive siblings, Darlene (Jeff) Treadway, Don (Becky) Schultheiss, Ron (Pat) Schultheiss, and Marlene (Donnie) Moore; sister-in-law, Kathy (Tucker) Brown; four cherished grandchildren, Madelyn, Zach, Eli, and Talon; and numerous loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her caring and respected father, Carl Schultheiss.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, on Friday, June 19, 2020 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Keith Staton officiating. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.

The family knows how much Carlene was loved by friends and family. With the current circumstances regarding COVID-19, the family supports and understands that many may be unable to attend due to health concerns.
