Carol A. Carberry

Carol A. Carberry, age 83 of Hamilton, passed away at Birchwood Care Center on Friday, January 2, 2026. Carol was born in Hamilton, Ohio on October 13, 1942 to Clarence and Helen (nee Wolf) Ash. Carol retired from C & S Distributors after 30 years of service.

Carol is survived by her son, James R. (Clara Hubbard) Brown; her sister, Helen Pater; her granddaughters, Dena and Amanda; her eight great-grandchildren; and many family members and friends. Carol was preceded in death by her mother, Helen L. (Arvel D.) Hayes; her father, Clarence Ash; her husband of 47 years, David Carberry; her daughter, Angela Ash-Whitlock; and her siblings, Arvel Hayes, Cleda Ash, Mary Lane and Russell Hayes.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton, Ohio. Funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM with Pastor Cecil Day officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
