Catherine Mae Wilson

Catherine Mae Wilson, age 86 of Hamilton passed away at Fort Hamilton Hospice Unit on Thursday, April 19, 2007 at 1:44 PM. She was born in Montgomery, Ohio on December 29, 1920 the daughter of James H. and Stella M. (Turner) Wilson. Catherine was formerly a member of the Montgomery Presbyterian Church in Montgomery, Ohio, most recently she attended the Hamilton Christian Center until her health prevented her. On April 1, 1939 she married Robert Wilson, who preceded her in death on November 1, 1977.

She is survived by a son, Denis Layne (Sherry) Wilson of Hamilton; three daughters, Barbara Joy (Jack) Sasser of Liberty, Indiana, Sherry Ann (John) Wagner of Hagerstown, Maryland, and Janice Carol (Lloyd) Harris of Dry Ridge, Kentucky; one sister, Mary McCreary of Madeira, Ohio; seventeen grandchildren; forty great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; a sister-in-law Eunice Wilson of Florence, Kentucky; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by, her parents; spouse; a son, Robert Alan Wilson; and a brother, Lloyd Wilson.

Funeral Service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Monday, April 23, 2007 at 10:00 AM with Pastor Marvin Cann and Pastor Chris Cain officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 3:00 to 6:00 PM at the funeral home.
