Cathy A. Brandenburg

Cathy A. Brandenburg, age 65 of Hamilton, passed away at Kettering Main Medical Center on Sunday, April 16, 2023. Cathy was born in Hamilton, Ohio on July 27, 1957, to John C. and Loretta (Gabbard) Einsfeld. She enjoyed gardening, walking on the beach searching for seashells and was an amazing mom, mamaw, and sister who devoted her life to her family.

Cathy is survived by two children, her daughter Kristi (Brandon) Sciutti and her son Scottie Brandenburg; her grandchildren, who she idolized, Nathan Sciutti, Kennady Sciutti, and Greyson Sciutti; her siblings John (Brenda) Einsfeld Sr., Jerry (Patty) Einsfeld, Pam Smith, and Linda Einsfeld; multiple nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews that she loved very much; and also her long term partner, William Sweet.  She is preceded in death by both of her parents, Loretta and John Einsfeld and her beloved dog Doobie.

Visitation will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, OH, on Friday, April 21, 2023, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM with Kris Theobald officiating. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park.  Memorial contributions can be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
